Pals are the face of TailgatePal. They create fantastic experiences for our clients and their guests, making each event positive and memorable. Pals generally start work four hours prior to home games to greet clients, help them get settled and frequently check-in with them throughout the day, making sure client and guest needs are met and delivering a “wow” experience. Pals typically stay on site up to one hour after each game while clients and guests enjoy post game tailgating, conducting a final check out when each tailgate host departs.

Tailgate Techs set-up and takedown tailgate sites. Set-up generally begins one day prior to each home game with a second shift finish the details early on game day. Takedown generally begins one hour after the conclusion of each home game. Tailgate Techs at times support Pals prior to games in ensuring all sites are set-up properly prior to guest arrivals.
